Using Your Token Generated Password

The passwords that are generated by the token are valid for approximately 1 minute. Every time you use your token, the password will be different. The passwords are only valid for one use, so once you log in with a password, it is used and cannot be used again.

Troubleshooting

Every time you generate a password on the token and then use it to log in, the system is synchronized with your token. If you generate 10 passwords on the token without logging in, the token will get out of synch with the system and then the passwords will not work. If the token gets out of synch, please call the Florida Hospital MIS Help Desk at 407-303-8000 to have it re-synchronized.

If you lose your token, you must notify Florida Hospital MIS. Call the Florida Hospital MIS Help Desk at 407-303-8000 to do this.
